Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire home during their stay, including all living spaces, bedrooms, kitchen, laundry room, front porch, and fenced backyard. The only area not accessible to guests is the backyard shed, which is locked and used for storing extra furniture and supplies. There is 1 off street parking spot with free on street parking most of the year. (depending on winter onstreet parking ban.) Other things to note • Winter parking: From November through March, the City of Oswego may occasionally institute an overnight on-street parking ban due to winter weather. If this occurs, we will notify you in advance. When parking is permitted, street parking is free. During an overnight winter parking ban, guests may park one block away at Wrights Landing Marina. We have 1 off-street parking spot right at the house available year round, so this will only impact those with more than 1 car with them. • House rules: No parties, smoking, or illegal drugs. This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with homes close together, and we ask guests to be respectful so as not to disrupt our neighbors. • Pets: At this time, the home is pet-free. Please inquire in advance if you wish to bring a dog. Absolutely no cats or other animals are permitted due to severe allergies.
