The space Property Layout & Features: Our spacious three-story townhome offers plenty of room to spread out and relax. The home includes four bedrooms total: two bedrooms on the top floor, one bedroom on the main (middle) level, and one bedroom on the lower level. The lower level is designed for fun and flexibility, featuring a foosball table and air hockey—perfect for kids, teens, or group downtime. The lower level is all open space - set up like a large studio apartment. There are two twin beds on one end of the space, with a king bed around the corner in its own space. The main level includes the living area and a fully updated kitchen, renovated in November 2025 with all new appliances, including a refrigerator with ice maker and a brand-new air fryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, utensils, cookware, and essentials—just bring your food. By popular request—we now have two pack and play cribs sets for anyone traveling with little children. We also provide 3 classic/standard baby gates you can put up as needed, as well as a basket of safety plugs for the outlets. We asked that if you put the safety plugs in the outlet them out after and return them to the basket. The home has a gated backyard with outdoor tables and chairs, ideal for relaxing or enjoying time with family, friends and maybe your dog (s)? The single car garage is not included. There is a private driveway with access to the back gate/backyard entrance. In the front door entry closet, you will find (at least) six beach chairs you can use. New for June 2026! We’ve added workstation desks to every bedroom (except the lower-level room—that one’s dedicated to vacation mode only). If you’re guilty of mixing work and play like we are, you’ll appreciate the dedicated workspace. Each desk includes convenient USB and standard power outlets to keep you connected when needed. 😊 There is also easy guest parking available in the large adjacent driveway spot you have, with many spaces. You do get to park up to 4 cars. Which means one in the driveway and up to 3 elsewhere on the property. All TVs are Roku-enabled and ready for streaming. There is automaticly many cable stations to choose from - similar to what you would get at a hotel. If you want netflix or anther paid subscription, you can login to you own account. When you check out the logins will be automatically wiped. You may bring up to two dogs. You and all your guests will enjoy the gated backyard and scenic walking areas throughout the community. We are steps from the clubhouse which has a cute, new restaurant called Coastal Kitchen. It is generally open 7 days a week and hosts many event nights through including live music every Fridays and Prime Rib night on Saturdays. Guest access Resort Amenities & Access: The renter of the home must be 25 years. Proof of age (being over 25) will be required to confirm your book. This is a rule of the Bear Trap Dunes Association, not ours, and therefore non-negotiable. This home is located within Bear Trap Dunes, a resort-style community. Guests may stay and enjoy the neighborhood without purchasing amenity passes, or choose to purchase optional passes for access to select resort facilities. Amenity passes are purchased directly through Bear Trap Dunes and can be completed easily online or on-site upon arrival. Passes are issued per person, require a photo, are non-transferable, and non-refundable. Only guests who plan to use amenities need a pass. 2026 Amenity Pass Rates (subject to change by Bear Trap Dunes): 7-day in-season: $65 per person 7-day off-season: $45 per person 3-day off-season: $40 per person Please note: From May 24 through Sept 7, there is only one choice to buy for each person: a 7 day IN Season pass. Partial weeks/days are not sold. You will be able to buy your passes ahead of time which is suggested but not required. There is also a QR code inside the townhouse where you will get Amenity Pass purchase instructions. Passes provide access to indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, tennis, pickleball, beach shuttle, and other resort amenities. Golf is booked and paid separately. Other things to note Cleaning, Laundry & Linens Many vacation rentals either require guests to bring their own linens or provide very poor-quality bedding. After experiencing both—and the hassle of traveling with linens—we chose a practical middle ground and to try and make this like a nice hotel experience. The home includes clean, basic linens for every bed, including sheets and light comforters, along with 13 full-size bath towels and 13 hand towels. Kitchen towels, paper towels, and basic kitchen essentials are also provided. 8 of of the towel sets (2 per bathroom) will be hanging on towel bars in the bathrooms when you check in. The additional 5 will be set out easy for you to see. The beds will be made. There will be an extra set of blankets in the closet. You have a full size washing machine located on the top floor, outside the master bedroom to use, should you need to wash anything during your stay. If you stay more than a week, a weekly cleaning is included/insisted on. So, for example if you stay 2 weeks, half way through your stay we’ll schedule a time for the housekeeper to come clean and refresh everything. There is no separate linen fee; everything is included. That said, if you stain a sheet/blanket/comforter that makes it unusable for the next guests/beyond repair, we will charge you the following fees: $50 bed blanket replacement $30 sheet replacement fee $5 white bath towel $15 Beach Towel $35 Beach Chair $50 Beach Lounge Chaie The cleaning fee covers professional turnover by the same dedicated local cleaner each stay (not a rotating company), full sanitizing, and laundering of all provided linens. At the end of the stay, used linens are simply gathered together for professional cleaning and left in a pile by guest. Of course, guests are always welcome to bring personal linens if they prefer. However, that will not mean you get a discount on your stay. Parking Policy: Rental guests are permitted one (1) standard motor vehicle parking space per bedroom, as reflected in the Town’s property assessment records. Recreational vehicles and oversized vehicles are not included in this allowance. All available off-street parking associated with the home must be used first. At Bear Trap Dunes, in addition to parking at the residence, there are additional unassigned guest parking areas available throughout the community, including the large lot directly behind our yard/driveway, which rental guests may use. The single car garage will NOT be available to park your car in, only the driveway- which holds one vehicle. Prohibited Vehicles: Campers, boats, trailers, and other oversized or recreational vehicles are not permitted within the community. Resort Amenities & Recreational Passes: Access to Bear Trap Dunes resort amenities requires the purchase of recreational passes. Passes are optional—guests are not required to purchase them if they do not plan to use the amenities. Children under age four do not require a pass.
