Relax, unwind, and experience the quiet charm of small-town prairie life. 🌾 The space The Maine Homestead is the top level of a home designed for a relaxing stay in the heart of Eads. The space comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. There is an additional rental unit in the basement of this home with a separate entrance. Need more space? Book both units! Living Room The living room is the main gathering space and includes comfortable seating, a TV, and a queen pullout sofa that sleeps two guests. It’s a great place to relax after exploring town or enjoying the prairie sunsets. Bedrooms The home features two bedrooms, each with a queen bed that sleeps two guests. Both bedrooms include TVs, creating a comfortable and private space to unwind at the end of the day. Kitchen & Dining Area Guests will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, and basic essentials for preparing meals. The dining area provides a comfortable space for meals, coffee, or planning your day’s adventures. Bathroom The house includes one full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, fresh towels, and basic amenities. Basement & Laundry Access The basement apartment is a separate unit and is not included with the rental. However, the washer and dryer located in the basement are available for guest use. The basement has its own separate entrance, so guest privacy upstairs is maintained. Overall, the layout offers a comfortable and practical space for couples, families, or small groups visiting Eads or exploring southeastern Colorado. Guest access Guests have access to the entire upper level of the home, which includes the living room, kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, and the full bathroom. The upstairs space is private and fully available for guests to enjoy during their stay. Guests may also use the washer and dryer located in the basement laundry area if needed. Please note that the basement apartment itself is a separate unit and is not part of the rental, but the shared laundry area in the basement is accessible to guests. Parking is available at the property, and guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas around the home as well.
