Home access is controlled by electronic lock. Guest will receive an Access Code Prior to arrival. To use the electronic keypad: UNLOCK: Touch - Yale Circle - Enter 4 Digit Access Code-Select Check Mark - Lock Disengages LOCK: Touch- Yale Circle Lock Engages - Keypad lights up with audible confirmation Other things to note RULES GENERAL No large parties or events: Parties, gatherings, and functions must not exceed 15 people maximum. Please respect neighbors. No smoking, vaping, or use of illicit substances: Smoking or vaping inside the home or within a 50-foot radius is not allowed. Smoking outside 50-foot radius is allowed. Illicit substances never allowed on or around property. Guest Occupancy: No guests over the occupancy limit of 6. All guests must be registered. Contact the host to inquire about the possibility of adding additional guests to your reservation. No loud noise: Keep noise to a minimum, especially between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m., to respect neighbors. PETS Max 2 total per stay (dogs or cats any combo, up to 90lbs each) $15 non-refundable pet fee per dog/cat per night. Pets (Dogs and Cats ONLY) are welcome! If you’re staying here with your furry friend, there are some things we’d like you to help us out with to ensure a smooth stay for everybody. We know you love your pet (we do too), but we ask that you please don’t let them up onto the furniture, especially sofas and beds. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. A $50 ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE IMPOSED IF REMAINS ARE NOT PROPERLY REMOVED. Pets must not be outside of the property fence without a leash. SPECIAL CLEANING If hazards and/or biohazards remain on the property or premises and are not disposed of and cleaned properly prior to, or upon checkout, a $300 ADDITIONAL SPECIAL CLEANING FEE WILL BE IMPOSED. This includes but is not limited to wild game. DAMAGE While we know our guests won’t intentionally break anything at our vacation rental, we understand accidents can happen. Here is what you need to know about accidental damages or breakages during your stay: Always report any accidental damages or breakages in a timely manner, especially before checkout. Please do not move any furniture from one room to another without our permission first. Please don’t take any bath towels with you. If any damage to the property or its appliances is not covered by our insurance, the guest will pay for the repair costs.
