Hoeve Vianen is a former farm and is located in a hidden spot in a green area on the Island of Texel. On our farm you will find five holiday homes, including this house 'Hogezandskil'. The house is built in the former cattle shed. The comfortable 2 to 4-person accommodation is stylishly furnished and equipped with free WiFi, the possibility to rent bicycles and a bread service. The space COMFORT The stylish and light house with Texel elements has a bedroom that is separated by a room divider. In the room you will find two box-spring beds on one side and a bunk bed in the other part. This accommodation is ideal for a couple or family with children who can sleep in the bunk bed. The accommodation is less suitable for 3 or 4 adults (due to bunk beds and available space) and unsuitable for a family with multiple babies (due to available space). A maximum of 1 baby bed fits in the room with bunk beds. The living room has a cozy sitting area, TV with Chromecast and dining area. The adjacent kitchen has a combination microwave. In the neat bathroom you will find a shower, sink and toilet. For an optimal stay, bed linen and a shower towel set per guest are included. CHILD-FRIENDLY YARD WITH LOTS OF SPACE Right in front of the house you will find a terrace and a communal green garden with playground. Children can enjoy themselves here on various play equipment. There are swings, a slide, sandpit and go-karts that they can use for free. In short, a child-friendly holiday accommodation. Hogezandskil is located on the other side of the road, this special nature reserve is a great place for bird lovers. At the end of the street you will also find the De Slufter nature reserve, a wonderful place for endless walks through nature. Guest access The Texelhopper (Public transport) stops in front of the driveway, can be ordered on reservation and takes you all over the island. You can park for free on site. Other things to note Please note: This accommodation is ideal for a couple or a family with children who can sleep in the bunk bed. The property is less suitable for 3 or 4 adults (due to the bunk bed and limited space) and unsuitable for a family with multiple babies (due to the available space). Only one baby crib can be placed in the room with the bunk bed. The lower bunk bed cannot be used then. In the other bedroom, a baby crib is not possible. Check-in: Monday or Friday
