Enjoy the space, unwind, and feel right at home. Other things to note Guest will be required to sign a renter's agreement. The agreement will be sent via email and SMS upon booking under Five Star Vacation Home Rentals. Guests who have zero reviews will be required to settle a $300 security deposit, which will be held and released 5 days after your stay, assuming there's no damage in our unit. This will come from Five Star Vacation Home Rentals, LLC. We charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500. NO PETS allowed in this property. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to help keep the neighborhood peaceful. You’re welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas during this time - we just ask that conversations stay at a lower volume so everyone can relax and enjoy their evening. Note: There is a $500 fine for any noise violations / unapproved events.
