The Clint Comfort Stay

Welcome to your comfortable home-away-from-home in Clint. This bright and thoughtfully set-up apartment (1/2 of a big house) is perfect for families, couples, or small groups. Completely private, only the backyard is a shared space. If you have a larger family, please let us know so that we can accommodate you here and in the studio next door. This space is designed to feel comfortable, functional, and welcoming, whether you’re here for a short visit or an extended stay. The space The beautifully designed layout offers a perfect blend of socializing and relaxation. It’s perfect for catching up with friends and family. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are all open, creating a spacious and inviting space for creating new memories with loved ones. There’s a dining table with six chairs, specifically chosen for family meals, especially holiday gatherings. The kitchen has a smaller table for four. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare homemade meals and enjoy a cup of coffee. The cozy couches provide a relaxing spot to watch TV or enjoy the view of the backyard while your kids play. A futon is available for the fifth guest. Both bedrooms are conveniently located near the entrance and away from the noise of the backyard. Each room features a queen-size bed, dressers, a smart TV, and a closet. There’s one full bathroom with a bathtub and a half bathroom. The laundry room is near the half bathroom; It’s equipped with a new washer and dryer, as well as detergent for multiple washes. Guest access Guests have access to the entire unit, including the front and back patio. They will need a code to enter the property. Parking is on the driveway. Other things to note For same-day reservations made after 11:00 AM, check-in time may vary from the standard 3:00 PM. Please confirm with me before booking to ensure availability. The studio will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. Upon check-out, please leave the space reasonably tidy, including any kitchen items used, to avoid additional cleaning fees. For stays longer than 30 days, an additional $100 monthly cleaning fee will apply starting on day 30.
