To preserve the relaxing setting for everyone, noise must be kept at a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. EXTENDED STAYS Reservations of 28 nights or longer are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 nights require a separate agreement. Security deposits, mid-stay cleaning fees, and trash pickup fees may apply depending on the length of stay. AIRBNB STRICT 60-DAY CANCELLATION POLICY Cancel 61+ days before check-in: 50% refund of the nightly rate plus full cleaning fee (Airbnb service fees are non-refundable).
