Private 1bedro 1 bath Studio

One bedroom studio with private bathroom and own smart lock entry available in Hughson CA Queen bed, bathroom and 55”smart tv. We are located 30 min or less from local hospitals (Emmanuel in Turlock, Kaiser, Sutter, Doctor’s Medical Center, Memorial Medical Center in Modesto). 24 miles to Doctor’s in Manteca, 40 miles drive to St Joseph’s in Stockton, 49 miles to Sonora Regional. We are a 10 min drive to Gallo internships. The space I have a lovely studio for your use. In a great area with 3 parks nearby. Our home is just a 30 minute drive from the historic city of Knights Ferry. We are about an hour from Pine Crest Lake, 2 hours from Yosemite and 90 min from San Francisco. We are also located near to Bear Valley/Dodge Ridge (skiing), Big Trees, Sacramento and San Francisco (within 90 min). Day trips to Murphys for Wine Tasting, hiking at Pine Crest and many other locations are nearby (about an hour). Your own private entrance and location of studio gives you privacy from the rest of the house. The only shared or common space in the home would be the laundry room. This room is for one person, no overnight guests other than yourself. If this is a problem, please let me know and we can discuss a solution. Guest access The studio includes a private bathroom and outdoor private area. There is a kitchen area set up with a large refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, rice cooker/veggie steamer, air fryer, electric griddle and blender. There's an outdoor Blackstone grill for your use also. There's a 55" tv, ac unit and wifi. There's a dresser and a closet. I also have a panini press you are welcome to borrow. There is a laundry hamper too. The rest of my home isn't accessible. I prefer renting to traveling nurses or interns on hospital rotations, Gallo or Con Agra. During your stay I am available as much as you need me to be. I’m on site and have lived in this area the last 25 years. Other things to note No smoking allowed. No drugs. No pets. There is a laundry mat about a mile from my home for your personal use. Onsite laundry isn’t available for your use. I will launder towels and sheets weekly for guests. I also provide an extra set of bedding. Everything is brand new, including mattress.
