The space 🌟 About the Space Our home is centrally located near Dothan Downtown and in a quiet and safe neighborhood, close to supermarkets, many great shops/mall and tons of restaurants. It’s the perfect place for guests looking for comfort, convenience, and a peaceful environment. Enjoy a calm retreat private room in a peaceful shared home. Perfect for professional workers/contractors, travel nurses, students or just travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a quiet stay. The bedroom listed is a private bedroom with a comfortable Queen size bed, with access to shared bathroom and common areas. 🤝 Guest Interaction We love hosting and enjoy meeting new people! We are friendly and happy to interact with guests if they would like to chat or join us for coffee. At the same time, we fully respect your privacy and personal space. We aim to create a welcoming and respectful atmosphere where guests feel comfortable during their stay. 🚪 Access & Common Areas Entry is through the front door. You will receive a code and instructions before check-in. Guests have access to: -The kitchen -The living room (for relaxing) -For long-term guests, we also offer access to a cozy backyard porch and other amenities. 📅 Long-Term Stays Long-term stays are allowed for up to 6 months (maximum). Special rates are available for long-term guests and great discounts. For long-term stays, monthly maid service is included. 24-hour emergency maintenance is included. ⚠️ Important Information No pets allowed. No children allowed. No drugs, smoking or drinking. Please note: The house is small, and the hallway to the bedrooms is narrow. It does not accommodate wheelchairs or walkers. During your stay Please note you are sharing a house, be mindful of noise and maintain order and cleaning in the common areas for the comfort and enjoyment of everyone. Immediately report to me any inconvenience you have and I will take action to solve any issue. Other things to note We request our guest to turn off all the lights when leaving the room. Leave everything clean, organized and almost everything in the same condition as when you checked in.
