The space ** Our place ** After an eventful day, you can relax and unwind in our in our lovingly furnished guest house. Your privacy is well taken care of. The house has a completely separate entrance. ** Occupancy & custom prices ** Our listed base price is calculated optimally for two people. The system automatically charges an additional fee for extra adult guests. Are you traveling as a family with children and teenagers? Please send us a quick inquiry so that we can send you a suitable offer. Traveling alone? Feel free to message us before booking! We will be happy to prepare a customized offer for you with tailored terms and conditions. Guest access During your stay, the rooms in the house are available for your exclusive use, so you'll enjoy complete privacy! ** Exceptions ** A utility room: This room is locked and is used solely for our internal purposes (storage of laundry and cleaning supplies). It is not available for guests to use. Additional room: There is another small room in the house that we would be happy to open up and make available to you by arrangement if you are booking with several children. Without prior arrangement, we ask that you also not open or use this room. Thank you in advance for respecting this notice and our privacy! Other things to note ** Towels & sustainability ** To keep our nightly rates as reasonable and fair as possible for you, we ask our guests to bring their own towels. If you still need towels on site, just let us know in advance - we can provide you with a linen package for a small fee. ** Heating costs in winter (October to the end of April) ** Please note that during the heating season, From October 1 to April 30 An additional flat fee for heating of 5.50 euros per day applies.
