There is also a Nieman river flowing down inside the park. It is an ideal option for those guests that prefer having a little escape from a busy and perhaps noisy city life. The beauty of the nearby nature will provide the needed relief with all major city sights and attractions just minutes away. The space Apartment building was built with latest standards and requirements in mind. Apartment has very spacious rooms, especially kitchen and bathroom. Total square footage of the apartment is 49.8 sq. meters (5360.42 sq. feet). We are committed to keeping the apartment 100% clean. Fresh and crisp bed linens are provided for a refreshing night sleep. Guests are welcome to enjoy all the amenities: free Wi-Fi, TV with cable channels (youtube, netflix, etc.). Kitchen is furnished with fridge/freezer, electric stove and oven, microwave, bone china tableware, glassware. Free tea and coffee is available. Bathroom has a large bath tub with a shower curtain. Bath towels, bathrobes are provided as well as a hairdryer and free toiletries. Ironing board and iron are also available in case personal clothing items need some care. Guest access Guests will have access to everything inside the apartment as well as common areas of the apartment complex like staircases, floor balconies with smoking areas, elevators, outdoor playground for children.
