Guest access You'll have the entire house and all outdoor spaces completely to yourselves—the pool, hot tub, decks, grounds, and river access are all yours to enjoy. The pool is seasonal (May through September), and the hot tub is available year-round. There is a separate cottage on the property where our caretaker lives. He helps maintain the grounds and is wonderfully respectful of guest privacy. You'll have total privacy during your stay. Other things to note Parking: Plenty of space in the driveway, plus street parking available Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, check-out is at 11:00 AM Stairs: All bedrooms are upstairs—please keep this in mind if anyone in your party has mobility considerations. Pool: The pool is seasonal (May-September) and unheated. We close it during cooler months for safety and maintenance. River: The Swannanoa is wonderful for wading and playing, but is not deep enough for swimming. Rocky riverbed means water shoes are recommended. Noise: We're in a quiet residential neighborhood. We ask that guests respect our neighbors, especially after 10 PM.
