Desirably located 12 min. from the slopes of Bromont and 30 min. from Orford and Sutton mountains, the house is ideal for ski lovers. Skaters will also be fulfilled as the house is situated by a park with a large skating rink and an access to the Yamaska River. Brome Lake and the villages of Knowlton and Bromont are located less than 15 minutes away by car. This cozy and rustic house has 3 private bedrooms on the 2nd floor as well as an open space livingroom and playroom.
