Other things to note Our property is ideal for a peaceful relaxing stay and is centrally located for exploring the local beaches. Parties, gatherings, or celebrations that create excessive noise are not allowed at this property. Please be mindful of noise past 10 p.m. due to the proximity of our neighbors and that the noise easily amplifies. Smoking. Our home is non-smoking OF ANY KIND! If it is found that there was smoking in the home, it will result in an additional cleaning charge of $500. Evidence can include physical or smell and is at iUgo's discretion. Alcoholic consumption IS PROHIBITED for any guest(s) under the age of 21. Lawn Care. We have a professional landscaper who comes on a scheduled basis. It should not disrupt your visit but know it will occasionally occur when guests are present. Please deposit all trash & recycling in the cans on site.
