Annex at Hvasser-Compact living

The guesthouse is located on an island at the very end of the Oslofjord with walking distance to beaches, hiking areas, harbor and shop. The house is 26 m2 and has everything, but not its own bedroom. Good for hiking, biking, swimming, family-friendly, sea life or kiting. Restaurants in season. The guesthouse is best suited for up to 2 adults and possibly one child. Guests clean, wash and have their own bed linen. (Laundry can be ordered for 1000 kr). Possible to rent "blocked" days and an additional room by agreement. The space Hvasser is a beautiful island with an active leisure life all year round. You will like the place because of nature, the light and the possibilities to experience island life at its best through the summer. Whisper is otherwise a place to have a quiet and relaxing days. The guesthouse is well suited as a reading and writing room for those who need it for short or longer periods. Guest access Guests have their own annex and garden with their own terrace. (New) Other things to note The hot water tank is at 40l and not of the biggest. In case of long more showers in combination with dishes can cause it to run out. Due to the current electricity prices, we are subject to charging for electricity in addition to the agreed rental price. Guests then read the electricity meter on arrival and departure and Vippser the current spot price for those days afterwards. The guest house/Annexe is located on the same property as the main house but has secluded outdoor areas. A dog lives in the main house that has its own fenced in outdoor space. It doesn't bark.
