Annex at Hvasser-Compact living

The guest house is located on an island at the end of the Oslofjord with walking distance to beaches, hiking areas, harbor and shop. The house is 26 m2 and has everything, but not a private bedroom. Good for hiking, biking, swimming, family friendly, marine life or kiting. Restaurants in season. The guest house is best suited for up to 2 adults and possibly one child. Guests clean, wash and bring their own bed linen. (Washing can be ordered for NOK 1,000). Possible to rent "blocked" days and an additional room by agreement. The space Hvasser is a beautiful island with an active leisure life all year round. You will like the place because of the nature, the light and the opportunities to experience island life at its best during the summer. Hvasser is otherwise a place to have a quiet and relaxing day. The guest house is well suited as a reading and writing room for those who need it for short or longer periods. Guest access Guests have their own annex and garden with a private terrace. (New) Other things to note The hot water tank is 40l and not one of the largest. Long showers in combination with dishwashing can cause it to run out. Due to the current electricity prices, we reserve the right to charge for electricity beyond the agreed rental price. Guests then read the electricity meter on arrival and departure and Vipps the current spot price for the days. The guest house/Annex is located on the same property as the main house, but has separate outdoor areas. There is a dog living in the main house that has its own fenced outdoor area. It does not bark.
