There is also the Goosepond Fish and Wildlife Area where you can have a bird watching adventure. Lots of fishing opportunities in the area as well as hiking trails. Recently remodeled with lots of great amenities. Retreat is located in front of the main house and shares a driveway but has ample private parking. The space Come stay at this cozy quiet peaceful retreat for your next getaway. Located just 7 minutes to gas stations and convenience stores and 15 minutes to grocery shopping. Kitchen is fully equipped for your next meal with utensils and cookware. Coffee pot can make a full pot of coffee or you can use K-cups for single serve (some coffee included for both along with creamers and sugars) Side by side refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedroom 1 has a King bed with private bath and Roku Tv - chargers for your devices and pedestal fan Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with Roku tv - chargers for your devices and pedestal fan Bedroom 3 has a twin bed with Roku tv and charger for your devices. Also has a changing table and baby monitor available if needed. Pedestal fan Bathroom 1 has a shower and bathtub with shampoo conditioner and body wash. Hair dryer also included. Bathroom 2 has a stand up shower with shampoo conditioner and body wash. Laundry room has a washer and dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets. Iron and ironing board located in the closet. Snacks and water on the counter for you to enjoy while you stay with us. Living room has puzzles and games for adults and children. Also has children's books. Cozy sectional with lots of pillows and extra throw blankets. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. Other things to note *No pets *Please park on gravel in front of the house or gravel pad on the right side of the driveway. Please do not block the driveway leading back to the main house. *No smoking indoors (vapes included)
