Set on over an acre between Casstown and Troy, this home gives you the quiet of the country while keeping restaurants, shopping, events and downtown Troy just a short drive away. LIVING + GATHERING The spacious living room has plenty of seating for conversation, movie nights and board games. The home has an eclectic, relaxed style with vintage touches and a comfortable, lived-in feel. The kitchen is stocked for everyday cooking, whether you're making a quick breakfast before heading out or gathering everyone around the table for dinner. High-speed WiFi makes it easy to work remotely or stay connected during longer visits. SLEEPING SETUP The home comfortably offers three private bedrooms upstairs: • 1 King bedroom • 2 Queen bedrooms On the main floor, you'll find an additional Queen Murphy bed in a bonus sleeping space. Please note: The Murphy bed room does not have a door and is also a pass-through to the bathroom. We recommend considering this a bonus sleeping space rather than a private fourth bedroom. Extra blankets are available for chilly Ohio nights. BATHROOM The home's one full bathroom is located on the main floor. All three private bedrooms are upstairs, so guests staying upstairs will use the stairs to access the bathroom. We like to make this clear before booking so you can decide whether the layout works well for your group. THE GREAT OUTDOORS This is where the property really shines, especially in fall. 🍁 Woods line the back of the property, creating a beautiful backdrop as the leaves change and giving the home the peaceful country feel guests mention again and again. Start the morning with coffee on the porch, enjoy the open yard during the day, and gather around the fire pit when the temperature drops. Bring the firewood and marshmallows. We'll provide the country air and stars. Other things to note DOG FRIENDLY One dog up to 25 lbs. is welcome with an additional pet fee. Please include your dog in your reservation so we can prepare for your stay. GATHERINGS The property can be a beautiful setting for small family gatherings, intimate celebrations and wellness retreats. Traditional parties are not permitted. Any gathering involving visitors beyond the registered overnight guests requires host approval before booking. Please message us with the details first so we can determine whether the property is a good fit. SECURITY An exterior camera monitors the front entrance and driveway. There are no cameras inside the home. LONGER STAYS Planning to stay awhile? We welcome extended and mid-term stays. Depending on the length and nature of your reservation, a rental agreement, periodic cleaning or renter's insurance may be required. We'll review any additional requirements with you before booking so there are no surprises. THE AREA Enjoy the breathing room of the country without being far from Troy.
