OLE MISS GAME/ GRADUATION/ GOLF/ EVENT WEEKEND ---3 Bedroom near campus, the Square, and Taylor Grocery --- Quiet subdivision about 6 miles from the stadium, the Square, and Taylor Grocery. ---6.5 mi. to stadium (depending on route, 6.3 - 6.9 miles) ---5.8 mi. to Taylor Grocery ---6 mi. to the Square -4.4 mi. to Grand Oaks Golf Course Park at house & ride with a taxi, Lyft, Uber driver who is experienced in event traffic to drop you off as close to games, graduation, Double Decker, etc. The space --**Three Bedrooms/Two Baths**-- -Can sleep 9 people -Master bedroom has a queen size bed -One guest room has a twin with a pull out trundle (two twin beds) -One guest room has a full size bed -The couch is a pull out -One twin size floor mattress is available -Master bathroom has a garden whirlpool tub with a separate shower -Luggage racks in all bedrooms -Makeup mirrors & vanity tables in all bedrooms -Guest bathroom is a full bath with a shower/bathtub -Washer and dryer are located inside in the hallway, detergent supplied -Full kitchen has all appliances, dishes, stainless flatware, cookware, etc -In addition to a fully stocked kitchen, disposable paper plates, paper towels, plastic cups, plastic utensils provided. -Coffee with sweetener/creamer, etc. provided (Starbucks Pikes Place ground coffee is standard. But if that’s not the brand you like, message us your favorite brand and we will make every effort to get that for you.) -Hairdryer in both bathrooms -Iron/ironing board, steamer -Washer/dryer with detergent provided -Soap, towels provided as well as extra toiletries (to replace any forgotten items) -Weather radio -Corner lot in a subdivision -Fenced in back yard, screened in patio -New gas grill (propane provided) -Flat screen TVs in living room and master bedroom -Free WiFi -Check in is after 1:00 and check out by 11:00. Times/days negotiable. -All rooms have blackout window coverings for great sleep -Grocery/alcohol pick up with stocking is available so you can just enjoy and not worry about fighting the traffic and crowds. Everything will be unloaded and ready when you check in. Guest access The entire property is available - except for garage access and access to one bathroom cabinet. There is parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway. Other things to note The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The house is convenient to the Square, Taylor Grocery, and campus. The golf course is just 4.4 miles north off Highway 7. The house has security of a camera that looks out away from the house towards the county road, a camera that looks away from the house with an overview of the driveway, and a doorbell camera. These are not monitored, they are only for security. The subdivision has multiple loops that can be walked or run with good sidewalks. Only a slight rise, no hills.
