The residential complex is about 64 m² and includes a living room with kitchen, refrigerator, couch and TV, a bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe, a bathroom with bathtub, toilet and integrated shower. This part is on the 1st floor. In the attic there are 2 bedrooms, one with 18 m² (room height 1.95 m) with 2 beds. The 2nd bedroom is about 12 m² with 2 beds (room height about 2 m). You must make the beds yourself. In the vacation home there are games, books and sleds. The space Welcome to the green heart of Germany! In the arms and mining town of Suhl, your holiday home is in a quiet location in the OT Goldlauter-Heidersbach. Only 8 minutes away from the city bus, you can enjoy your vacation directly in the valley of the Dürren Lauter (biosphere reserve). We are hikers ourselves and also active mushroom collectors and know the area very well, as well as the identification of rare edible mushrooms. Our own detached house offers you a living, cooking, bathroom and sleeping level for 2-6 people on 2 floors. We live on the ground floor ourselves. There is a smoke detector on each floor. On nice days you can enjoy nature under the covered terrace with Thuringian bratwurst and beer. Parking opposite, close to nature, in winter cross-country ski trails are directly accessible or by car: Oberhof, Schmücke, Schmiedefeld, Schneekopf, Adlersberg. Guest access The terrace can be shared with us or alone. In the holiday home there are games and books. Sledges are provided. In front of the entrance is a covered terrace with a barbecue area. Grill accessories are available. We live in the house ourselves. Other things to note No pets allowed. The entrance is reached via stairs, so it is not suitable for wheelchair users. We only rent out the apartment to non-smokers (or smoking is permitted in front of the entrance). We also live in the house. Additional information about the rental price: Bed linen and towels included; beds must be made by the guests. Check-in from 3 pm and check-out by 10 am is mandatory, or by appointment. Tourist tax (€2.00 per person per night, €1.00 for children 7 years and older and severely disabled persons) is not included and must be paid in cash on site.
