Lovely terrace accommodation between lake and mountain

Located in the Chablais Geopark, in Larringes, between lake and mountains, 850 meters above sea level, our wooden frame accommodation is new and designed with sustainable materials. This bright independent accommodation of 43 m² (+mezzanine 15 m²) is located on the ground floor, next to our family home. A short walk to the Larringes forest, you will enjoy a quiet and country environment, while being close to the lake or the mountains. ***No smoking allowed*** The space Guests can enjoy the comfort of a well-oriented home that combines chalet spirit and modernity. The main room has an open kitchen with dining area, comfortable and bright living room (with sofa bed). The bathroom offers a large walk-in shower and a washer-dryer. Separate toilet. The chalet-style bedroom, located on the ground floor, has a double bed (new and quality bedding) and a wardrobe. Upstairs, you can enjoy a mezzanine with three beds (ideal for children as the ceiling is quite low): a large, a medium and a single mattress. You will have a 25 m2 terrace that is well exposed and well equipped (garden furniture, barbecue, two deckchairs) and not overlooked. In summer and October, you can taste the raspberries from the driveway that borders the accommodation. A parking space is reserved for you. Babies are welcome: we provide you with all the childcare equipment. Guest access You'll have access to all areas of the home. The only common space with us is the yard where you will park your car.
