This house is ideal for families or extra guests. Note: the loft entrance is through one of the bedroom spaces. This makes for easy boat rental, launching or slip rental for your boat, fuel and dining.. The lakeside yard is a haven for wildlife enthusiasts. With frequent sightings of deer, owls, squirrels, chipmunks, turtles, fox and a variety of birds, you will want to have your camera ready! Anglers will love the area’s renowned fishing, while boating, water skiing, and tubing are also popular local activities. We are in close proximity to Eureka Springs, AR, Roaring River State Park, Branson and NWA metro. In case you are flying in for some fun lake adventures, NWA Regional Airport is the closest airport, while Springfield/Branson is just a bit further down the road. THE NEARBY BOAT DOCK IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND OFF LIMITS IN ANYWAY. The dock/boat owners have security cameras. Any activity noted on the dock will result in eviction of the remainder of the stay, without refund. Other things to note No hunting on the property. Fishing is allowed along with relaxation! There are several places to eat in Eagle Rock. The post office has limited hours. Groceries can be purchased at the Dollar General on State Hwy 86 and Sun Fest Market at Holiday Island. Live Fishing Bait can be purchased at the marinas and at Uncle Roys. The Office Pub Liquor on State Hwy 86 has a great collection of wine, spirits, and cigars.
