Neu Zauche is located between the Upper and Lower Spree Forest and is ideal as a starting point for numerous excursions into the beautiful surroundings. Your apartment, renovated in 2020, offers a separate living room, a bedroom, the bathroom and a practical kitchenette and is ideal for 2 people. The large garden invites you to linger with sun loungers, the cozy barbecue corner or a table tennis table. The space The cozy 30 sqm apartment is located on a quiet side street in our 1000 sqm garden. The garden is fenced and separately accessible, as is the apartment itself. A living room, a bedroom, the bathroom and the kitchenette are located here. The living room is equipped with a comfortable 3-seater sofa, which can also be used as a sofa bed, a dining table with 2 chairs, a flat-screen TV and a Bluetooth radio. In the bedroom, there is a 180 x 200 cm box spring bed and a chest of drawers. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, toilet, towel rack and hair dryer. The kitchenette is equipped with a sink, double hotplates, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and utensils for 3-4 people. In the garden there are sun loungers, a table tennis table, badminton sets and toys for the little ones, a cozy covered barbecue area, and parking on the premises. We are happy to provide bicycles! Other things to note There is another apartment for 2-3 people. Depending on the occupancy, it may therefore be possible to meet other guests in the garden or the barbecue area. However, there are more than enough seats, sun loungers and shady spots in the large garden for privacy.
