The Salt Lick is eight minutes from the front door. Sixteen guests have 7.5 wooded acres, a pool, and a detached game room building that runs completely independently from the main house. The pool and covered patio open directly off the kitchen through a wall of sliding glass doors. The game room has its own entrance. Nobody has to be in the same place at the same time. The detached game room has shuffleboard, ping pong, pop-a-shot, a large TV, leather sofas, and sports art. A fire pit out front holds six chairs and string lights through the live oaks. This is a residential home in a quiet neighborhood, and we take keeping our neighbors happy very seriously. No parties, loud music, or rowdy groups. This is not the house for that. Violations of house rules will result in immediate eviction and hefty fines. Please book responsibly and respectfully. Cancel within 24 hours of booking free of penalty. While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. HOUSE RULES: • Age Requirement: No guests under 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. • No bachelor parties. • Smoking: No smoking anywhere on the premises. • Outdoor Spaces: Not available for use from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM • PETS: Pets welcome with advance written approval. $100 per pet, per night, plus a refundable $1,000 pet deposit. There are also weight and breed restrictions. Max 2 pets. Undisclosed pets: $500 per pet, per night. Please note: pet charges are not included in your booking total. Once your reservation is confirmed and your pet is approved, we will send a pet agreement and a secure payment link for the fee and deposit.
