Enjoy your stay in a modern apartment in the quiet basement streets of Moravská Nová Ves. You always have the apartment for 1–5 people all to yourself, so it offers privacy, comfort, and the atmosphere of South Moravia. There is a bathroom, an equipped kitchenette, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, bike storage, outdoor seating under a pergola with a grill, and a selection of wines from our micro-winery. Ideal for couples, families, cyclists and guests who want to explore the wine region, sights, bike trails, wine cellars and excursions in the surrounding area. The space Possibility to store bikes and wine tasting. Guest access The entire upper floor of the property with a separate entrance is reserved for the accommodation. The lower part consists of a wine cellar that is not part of the accommodation, but can be made available for sitting and wine tasting upon agreement. Other things to note Please change your shoes in the apartment. Slippers are available on-site, but if you prefer your own, you can bring them with you. Bed linens and sheets are included in the price of the accommodation and will be ready. Guests bring their own towels, so please take them into account when packing. Barbecue briquettes are not included in the equipment; you may need to purchase them separately. A small selection of wines from our micro-winery is available in the apartment. Payment is possible in CZK or EUR. Please note that some of the beds are located on a wooden floor accessible via a winding staircase. This space may not be ideal for young children, the elderly, or guests with reduced mobility.
