If needed, I can provide a list of local trailer storage options for you to contact directly and arrange storage. • Our nightly rate is based on up to 6 guests. To keep pricing fair for smaller groups while covering additional usage, a small per-guest rate applies for guests 7–10. • Pool is not heated. LBTR 38306 Guest access Guests will have full, private access to the entire home during their stay. This includes all indoor living spaces, the screened-in pool area, the fenced backyard, the game rooms, and the garage entertainment area. You’ll enjoy a smooth, contactless check-in using a smart lock. Detailed check-in instructions, including your unique access code, will be sent prior to arrival so you can arrive and settle in at your own pace. Parking is available in the driveway, and garage access is provided for guest use. Other things to note 📝 Important Notes 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸 ★ A signed rental agreement and government-issued ID are required within 24 hours of booking. ★ By keeping your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Rental Agreement, whether signed electronically or not. 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 ★ Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. ★ No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. ★ No parties or events are permitted. ★ Smart TVs are provided. Guests must log in with their own streaming accounts. 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘀 ★ Up to 2 dogs are allowed with prior approval and must be included on the reservation. ★ Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets indoors and outdoors. ★ Any pet-related damage may result in additional fees. 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗹 & 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 ★ The pool is not heated. ★ Beach gear is provided for guest use during your stay. ★ Beach towels are provided.
