The space The apartment is accessible by stairs only, and the staircase is steep. Inside you’ll find plenty of room for families or groups, plus an incredible balcony overlooking the square—perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire upstairs apartment. The entrance is the door on the left of 1895’s front door at 125 W Grand Ave. You’ll receive a door code prior to check-in. Street parking is first come, first served, with additional parking available at the courthouse across the street. Other things to note The apartment is located directly above 1895, so on many evenings—especially weekends—you’ll hear music and feel the energy from the bar, particularly in the stairway and living areas. So if you're looking for an incredible space right in the heart of our vibrant downtown, this is it! Bedrooms are generally quieter, but some background noise may still be present. This space is best suited for guests who want to be close to the action—grab a drink downstairs, enjoy the music, and head up when you’re ready to wind down.
