Guest access This access code is active at time of check-in and deactivated 15 minutes after check out time. Check out time is 10AM. During your stay you will have a key for access to the community pool which is located across the street from the condo entrance. (not far at all) Lost Key will be charged $50 replacement fee. Prior to check out, please return the key to where you found it in the condo. Other things to note There is a washer and dryer on site. Some simple house rules. Treat the condo with respect. Keep it clean, absolutely No Smoking on the property (This includes the patio) We have a cloth chair that would retain smoke scent and would have to be cleaned (at the smokers expense. We kindly ask that you please smoke in front of the building along the side walk or take a stroll around the complex. There are Exterior Cameras located around the property for your protection and the protection of the property.
