Other things to note Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! ✔ Security cameras are installed around the property’s perimeter for peace of mind. ✔ Noise monitors are installed inside the home (living areas only) to measure decibel levels only (no audio recording). ✔ There are NO indoor cameras — your privacy is fully respected. House Rules & Important Guidelines 🚭 NO SMOKING – Smoking is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violation will result in forfeiture of your security deposit and an additional $1,000 fee for odor removal (including ozone treatment). 🔇 QUIET HOURS – 9 PM to 8 AM. Loud music or outdoor gatherings are not allowed. If noise complaints occur, one warning will be issued. Continued disturbances will result in a $250 fine and may lead to eviction without refund. 👥 GUEST COUNT – Please provide an accurate guest count at booking. Unregistered guests incur a $50 per person, per night fee after 9 PM. 🚫 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS – Unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violation results in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation without refund. Thank you for helping us keep the home peaceful for neighbors! 🐶 PETS – Allowed only if disclosed at booking. A $100/night deep cleaning fee applies. Undisclosed pets will result in additional fees. 🗑 TRASH – Dispose of trash in designated bins. If your stay includes Wednesday, please place bins out Thursday morning for collection and return them after. ⚠️ FOOD DISPENSER NOTICE: No food or waste down the sinks. Clogging due to food is subject to a $500+ fee. ➤ SECURITY DEVICES – Do not tamper with cameras, smoke detectors, or safety monitors.
