The Witt Huuske is a lovingly renovated residential building from 1890. Our grandparents used to live here. There are many childhood memories not only on the house, but also on the village of Campen. The house consists of a front house and a back house that can be rented separately. The apartments are completely separated from each other, have their own entrances, parking spaces and gardens. The house is located in a quiet place in the Krummhörn, just a few kilometers from the dyke ... The space Best suited for 1 person. Accommodates a maximum of 3 people. Dog insurance on your part is mandatory. Please note that the property is not oriented for dogs and special care is taken due to the oak floor and high quality furniture. There is no fence and care must be taken to ensure that the dog does not walk over to the neighboring apartment. During the day, a robotic mower is on the grass. The back house offered here impresses with its duplex character and the large living room to which all other rooms are connected. The apartment is ideal for two people, but can be added for another person. It was rated 5 stars by the German Tourism Association in 2020. A highlight is the polished wooden beamed ceiling, which offers a harmonious atmosphere in contrast to the urban furniture. A gallery opens the living room to the bedroom. The real wood parquet made of oak is heated from below and creates a healthy indoor climate with the floor-to-ceiling oak windows. We want to offer you comfort and an atmosphere that we ourselves would like to experience on vacation. Therefore, we have paid special attention to the details and are only satisfied when you are.  outdoor area: The terrace on the southern side of the house can be entered from the living room. There is garden furniture, a barbecue and a private garden area. Private parking is available not far from the terrace. There, a 11KW charging station can also be used by arrangement. Living: In the living room, you can relax on a couch with table, as well as an armchair. For entertainment, in addition to a 50-inch HD smart TV and a Bluetooth audio system, a wide selection of excellent book titles from the world literature and award-winning Bluray films are available. Sleeping: The bedroom open via a gallery on the first floor can be fully darkened. The bed with high-quality 180 x 200 cm mattress has duvets in 220 cm over length. Pillows & duvets are suitable for allergy sufferers. Bed linen are Included In addition, there are nightstands with reading lamp, a wardrobe, a safe and a desk.  Kitchen: The country house kitchen is well equipped: fridge with freezer, induction stove, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, fine dishes & glasses, tea service, cutlery and much of what you need for cooking, such as pots, pan, sieve, blender, etc. The basic equipment of dish towels, dishwashing tablets, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. Bad: Relax in a level rain shower or bathtub. Towels are included as well as a basic set of soap, shampoo, shower bath, cosmetic towels and body lotion. Hair dryer, make-up mirror and stool are provided.
