There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets. *CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in. *RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require all guests to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed. *STEEP INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR STAIRS - The staircase leading to the upper-level king suite is steep and may be challenging for some guests. The exterior steps at the front of the home are original to the property and include steep and uneven rises. Please consider this when booking, especially if mobility is a concern.
