Welcome to our home. We’re not investors or a big company—just a regular family who had to relocate out of state for work. This charming, simple home sleeps 7 with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a couch for the 7th guest. It’s clean, cozy, and quiet, and it truly means a lot to us. We hope you feel just as at home here as we always have. The space Our home features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and was fully renovated just a few years ago. You’ll love the hardwood floors and tall, impressive ceilings that add so much character. We offer a clean, comfortable stay at a reasonable price with a simple, no-frills approach. A coffee maker and washer are available, but we do not provide coffee pods, detergent, or complimentary toiletries (shampoo, soap, lotion). Please review these details before booking to be sure our home is the right fit for your stay. Guest access This rental includes the entire home, and we want to be fully transparent. My husband owns a small junk removal company and parks his company trucks along the side of the house. His crew briefly stops by in the morning to pick them up and returns them in the afternoon. The process takes less than five minutes, and the trucks are parked on the side—not in your way. For safety, the exterior of the home is equipped with surveillance cameras covering all outside angles. Please note: parking is available directly in front of the house only. The carport is not available for guest use. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN OR IN FRONT OF CARPORT. A maximum of 4 vehicles is allowed. Other things to note Please note that the crew will stop by in the morning to pick up the trucks. A lockbox is located in the carport for key access. They will retrieve the keys and leave, then briefly return in the afternoon to drop them off. The entire process takes just a few minutes, and you will likely hardly notice—but we want to be fully transparent so you’re aware before booking. We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, coffee, or similar extras. We do provide toilet paper, paper towels, and fresh linens for each bed. Each bedroom includes a full towel set: 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and 2 washcloths. An extra bath towel and washcloth are on the bathroom shelf, along with a hanging hand towel and a bath mat. You’ll also find hand soap in the kitchen and bathroom, Dawn dish soap with a sponge, a dish towel, one dishwasher pod, and four trash bags. For stays longer than four days, guests may need to restock supplies. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.
