I escort my guests at the villa after the check in. Our guests are eligible to use all the facilities for the hotel as well. GENERAL Do not exceed the number of people specified on your booking confirmation. Be considerate of your neighbors, avoiding loud music and other noises particularly between 23:00 and 08:00. House parties are not allowed without our prior consent. The villa has the possibility to charge or ask a deposit fee from 300 to 1000 EURO for any damages in the villa.
