We maintain a professional pest control schedule, but please be aware that these animals are a natural part of the South Florida ecosystem. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire estate and outdoor areas well as free Wi-Fi, free parking (7 cars max), complimentary coffee and access to streaming apps on the 4k smart TVs in each room. Other things to note Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises. The payment of a standard $2000 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms.
