This house is equipped with a covered garage with an electronic gate, an electronic alarm system, a security fence and 24-hour monitoring. The space The house is a two-story house and offers on the ground floor a living room, dining room, toilet, full kitchen, pantry, laundry room, as well as a large suite with balcony door and private closet, equipped with air conditioning, television with more than 200 channels and decorated. The entire floor has a Wi-Fi internet connection. The upper floor offers a TV room with a smart TV already connected to the internet, and two en-suites equipped with air conditioning and a private balcony. The outdoor space offers a gourmet area/balcony with a barbecue grill, comfortable swings, ceiling fans, a barbecue table, a countertop for a delicious breakfast in front of a beautiful and well-kept garden with a wide variety of plants and flowers, a wonderful shower to cool off, an outdoor bathroom, and of course an iron table with benches in the garden for a wonderful afternoon. I would also add the ease of going to the beach, as the house is very close and access is through the most beautiful street in the neighborhood, which is very wooded. This street leads to the southern part of the beach known for the quietest and most familiar corner. We can't help but mention that Barequeçaba beach is so special that lately we have received visits from dolphins, humpback whales and this year a family of penguins.
