You won’t forget the unique and somewhat peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. Tucked in on the edge of town, this 14 acre property has a relaxing vibe as if you were located out further in the country. This property is designed for travelers and their horses aka horse hotel, But we are able to accommodate travelers who enjoy unique experiences with or without horses! There are horses onsite, but they are restricted to enclosed pens and riding areas. If Booking With Horses- ALL Horses MUST have current coggins and health papers sent to me PRIOR to arrival and BEFORE entering the property. Traveling Horses must be contained to the barn only-away from the paddock boarded horses for preventative measures and sanitation purposes. House Rules- NO SMOKING or VAPING. NO PARTIES. NO Other Visitors/ Unregistered Guests Allowed Onto The Property. NO Animals Inside The Property. NO Unleashed Dogs on the property. Quiet Hours 10PM to 7AM. Please Respect Our neighbors by keeping noise levels reasonable by not blocking driveways. If parking with a trailer, allow space for others to access the circle drive and not block the main barn entrance on the south side of the barn. You can park under the barn carport if you have a single vehicle without a trailer. Please call or report anything that breaks or is not functioning properly, so that we can repair the damaged item. If you cause any damages, you will be held responsible for the replacement or repair of the item. Before checking out, Please respectfully clean up after yourself by washing any dishes that you used and remove your trash to the bins located directly outside the gates to your right (east). ***By Booking this property, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree with and will abide by these house rules.***
