The cabin includes a roll-out cot to easily accommodate a fifth guest. Guests will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and all the essentials needed for meal preparation, plus a starter supply of coffee and condiments. The property features a private deck perfect for relaxing, a fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars, and a boat power hook-up for fishing enthusiasts. Inside, you’ll find queen beds with linens and towels provided, TVs for entertainment, and complimentary internet access. Essential amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap are also included, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire cabin during their stay. Except for the owners closet. This privacy allows them to fully relax and enjoy their surroundings without the concern of sharing the space with others. Mornings can be spent savoring coffee in comfortable pajamas while taking in the peaceful sounds of nature, creating a tranquil and stress-free start to the day. If you plan to bring a boat, convenient boat parking is available. Please inquire for more details. Kids are welcome to bring their bikes or other outdoor activities during your stay. Other things to note Guest booking agrees to the following terms and conditions upon booking. • Guest must provide vehicle information and details of vehicles and watercrafts Make, Models, & Plate Number(s) This information my be provided through the chat platform. No more than two vehicles per cabin. Watercraft & trailer parking is available. • Housekeeping and Property Rules: Guests are expected to keep the space clean, dispose of trash appropriately, wash dishes, and adhere to check-in and check-out times. Additional cleaning fees may be assessed if these rules are not followed, with costs based on the time required. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited and subject to heavy fines; smoking outdoors is permitted only if waste is disposed of properly using the provided ashtrays—do not discard trash on the ground. Pets are not allowed; extra cleaning fees will apply if this rule is broken, and disturbances could result in eviction without a refund. Please respect property boundaries when using outdoor amenities. • Damage and missing items charges: Guest will be charged for missing or damaged items. Guests are encouraged to report any damage upon arrival to avoid extra fees. • Cancellation and refund policy: Full refunds minus service fees apply for cancellations made at least 31 days prior. Partial refunds apply for between 7-30 days. No refunds within 7 days of arrival. No refunds will be issued for things outside of our control power outages, internet failure, etc.. • Winter road conditions may require 4-wheel drive vehicles, and no refunds are given for access issues. Lost items mailing incurs fees. Campground Rules Fish shall not be cleaned at any location on the campground. Accumulation of fish offal/ game processing: Guest shall not accumulate, store or dispose of fish offal, except in a watertight container before disposing of it. Under no circumstances shall guests dispose of fish offal in the campground lagoon, sewage system, or woods. Wild Game: No wild game shall be processed, hung, or stored on the premises. Boat & Trailer: Boats and trailers may sit at your site as long as they do NOT construct passageways of other guests. There is additional parking for boats and trailers if needed. Prohibited Water Use: Guest shall not use host water to wash outdoor equipment, including, but not limited to campers, vehicles, or boats without prior written permission. Waste Water: Improper disposal of wastewater is prohibited. Landscape: Guest shall not cut trees or underbrush in campgrounds. Guests who do not adhere to the following rules may incur cleaning fees and risk being prohibited from returning to the campground. While we own the cabins, the land is leased; therefore, we kindly request all guests show respect for the property. • Liability disclaimers: Kat’s Get Away and owners are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage due to natural events, accidents, or actions by third parties. Guests assume responsibility for themselves, their guests, and property. Legal costs from disputes are guest’s responsibility. Our intention is not to impose extra fees; these policies are precautionary measures to address potential issues stemming from improper care of the property. By adhering to the basic guidelines and showing respect for the premises, guests can help ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for all parties involved.
