Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces. The property offers ample driveway parking, making it convenient for multiple vehicles and guests traveling with work trucks or trailers. Please note that some closets and storage areas are marked for staff use only and are kept locked to store supplies used to maintain the home for guests. We kindly ask that guests respect these designated areas during their stay. Other things to note The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain present for the duration of the stay. The base rate includes up to 6 guests. Additional guests are $20 per person per night. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests so the home can be properly prepared for your group. For longer stays, a mid-stay refresh service may be required to maintain the comfort and cleanliness of the home. This service includes a linen and towel refresh, light kitchen and bathroom refresh, trash removal, and replenishment of essential supplies. For property security and guest verification, exterior security cameras are installed at the front entrance.
