Taking care of you and your needs is our top priority. Our home features three bedrooms: one king, one queen and a children-themed room with two double beds. We added all the little touches you would expect from a fin resort. Designed with comfort and connection in mind, our home is the perfect retreat for your next getaway. LIVING SPACES Two separate living areas, each furnished with comfortable couches, recliners, and large Roku TVs for your entertainment. The downstairs family room features an air hockey table, books, and games for hours of fun. A dedicated workspace is available for those needing to work remotely. KITCHEN & DINING A fully-equipped kitchen ready for everything from quick breakfasts to a full holiday dinner. Modern appliances include a GE double oven and an induction stove. Stocked with everyday spices and cooking essentials. BEDROOMS & BATHS Master Bedroom: One king-sized bed. Second Bedroom: One queen-sized bed. Third Bedroom: Two double beds in a fun, kid-themed room. All beds are new and come with extra pillows, blankets, and sheets. Two full bathrooms (one on each floor) are stocked with soaps, shampoos, and plush Egyptian cotton towels. OUTDOOR AREA Step outside to the covered patio to grill on the provided BBQ. Gather around the propane fire table for a relaxing evening under the stars. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire house and grounds for the duration of their stay. Private Entry: Entry is simple and secure with keyless Schlage electronic locks on the doors. Parking: Guests have full use of the attached garage, accessible via a keypad. Check-in: A unique access code will be provided before your arrival for a seamless self-check-in experience. Restricted Areas: For owner storage, one small room in the basement and the outdoor shed are locked and not available for guest use. Other things to note Pet-Friendly: We love furry family members and welcome them to our home! We even provide special amenities just for them. Safety & Security: Your safety is our priority. The home is equipped with integrated smoke and CO detectors, fire extinguishers, and flashlights. Exterior Cameras: For your security, the exterior of the property has motion-activated lighting and security cameras. These are located on the exterior only (front door, garage, side of house) and do not monitor any interior spaces or private outdoor relaxation areas. Noise Monitoring: To ensure a peaceful environment for our guests and neighbors, the home is equipped with a noise decibel monitor inside. This device only measures sound levels (decibels) and does not record any conversations or private audio.
