Relax at this home near the Spanish Fork River trail, SF sports park, rec center, shopping, and I-15. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking/baking, and there are plenty of activities nearby. Take in beautiful mountain views from a fully fenced backyard (shared with occasional guests in the separate basement apartment) with a deck and patio (with salt water hot tub!) are perfect little bonuses on the property, or guests can walk about 2 minutes down the street to access the SF River trail. The space This unit is the main floor and upstairs of a house, having a master bedroom/bathroom, kitchen, half bath, and living and dining rooms on the main floor. An office, full bathroom (w/two sinks in a separate vanity area), and two additional bedrooms are on the second floor - one with four twin XL beds (bunk beds), and one with a queen bed. A pack-n-play is available in the closet of the bunk bed room. There will occasionally be guests in the basement apartment. We ask all guests to observe quiet hours in the evenings and early mornings, but some sound will sometimes still travel upstairs. Sound machines are provided in bedrooms. This listing includes a 6-person salt water hot tub as well. Guest access This is the main floor and second floor of a home. There is a separate apartment in the basement, with a separate entrance and no internal access between the units. The main floor unit shares a fully-fenced backyard with the basement unit. Parking for the main unit is on the street in front of the house. The garage is not accessible for guests.
