Guest access The entire house and backyard is accessible to guests and private. Garage access is NOT available. Laundry machines are inside of the house and are available for guest use. Other things to note - The house has a four-car driveway. Please do not park in or on the grass. Four cars can fit in the driveway and there is also available street parking. No more than 4 cars are allowed on the property. Boat, RV, or Trailer parking must be requested in advance. - Beach items are provided (6 chairs, 1 beach towel per person, 2 beach umbrella, beach wagon, and 1 small cooler). - This is a NOT a pet friendly home. If pets/animals are brought without approval, we reserve the right to charge additional fees. - For stays longer than 7 days, an additional cleaning fee will be accessed (+$100). For stays longer than 14 days, a deep clean will be required (+$200). - Photo ID matching guest name and signed rental agreement required for all bookings. Renter must be 21+ to book.
