Nearby is the town of Guise, home to an old 12th-century fortress and the Familistery. Nearby restaurants can be found in Guise, Marly-Gomont, and Laon. Day trips to other beautiful sights in the surrounding villages and major cities such as Laon and Reims are highly recommended. In the summer, there are plenty of flea markets to visit.
