Spacious, private room with a King sized bed and private kitchenette area in a big house. We are walking distance to Swan Creek Metropark, Planet Fitness and University of Toledo Medical Center/Health Science Campus. A quick drive to Toledo Zoo, downtown Toledo, and more! **This is a new listing, but we've had the other rooms in the house listed previously. Main floor - living room, office, kitchen/dining area, full bathroom 2nd floor - 3 bedrooms, full bathroom Basement - laundry with full-size washer & dryer Your private room comes with: King bed with memory foam pillows & bamboo sheets, smart TV with Netflix & Prime Video, desk area with charging station, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, bedside charging station on both sides, closet space, reading area, and more! There is a big driveway with lots of parking space and free parking on the street as well. The property also has a big fenced in backyard suitable for medium to large dogs. In the photos you may not be able to tell but the wooden fence section is reinforced with chicken wire. Fast wifi and free streaming services on all the TVs. Guest access You will have access to the entire home except the two other private bedrooms. We do have two full-time roommates, and 2 friendly cats living in the home currently. If you are allergic or do not wish to interact with the cats, they are able to be kept in a separate space during your stay. Just please let us know! No cats are allowed in the room at all (unless it’s yours)! Your room is also equipped with multiple types of allergy meds if needed. Other things to note Our home is a LGBTQ friendly, safe space for everyone. Pets are welcome, but please notify us in advance about your pet(s) so we can prepare for them properly!
