With heating and AC, the house stays cozy no matter the season. Our home has the perfect set up for hosting family reunions, Watkins Glen Racetrack groups/gatherings, bridal and wedding parties, wine-tasting weekends and fun friendly getaway away from city life. Only a 4-hour drive from NYC in the center of the Finger Lakes Wine Tasting region, a 2.5-hour drive to Niagara Falls, and easy access to Rochester, Ithaca and Elmira airports, this home is truly a magical getaway for nature seekers alike. Guest access Guests can access the entire home with exception of the private room in the basement and use of the 2-car garage. We can discuss if there is inclement weather but the garage is for personal owner space. However, there is an extra-long driveway that can house at least 7 cars. Other things to note We are dog friendly at a rate of $250 extra pet fee for cleaning and in case of security. This is a Well Water based home, like most of the homes in upstate New York and on the lakes. However, we have implemented a Sanitizer, Purifier and Water Softener system to ensure clean drinking water in the home.
