Please make yourself feel right at home!💕 BBQ Grill 🚫 Due to liability concerns, we are UNABLE to provide BBQ grills on our premises. However, you are welcome to bring your own BBQ grill. Other things to note By booking our home, you agree to follow these essential house rules: 🔹 No Weed Smoking – Weed smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and outdoors, including the patio and backyard. If you smoke weed, please DO NOT BOOK. 🔹 Guest & Visitor Limit – The total number of guests + visitors cannot exceed the reservation count. There will be an additional $30/person/night charge for guests and visitors exceeding 7. Additional visitors beyond 10 require PRE-APPROVAL. Unauthorized guests beyond 10 will be charged at $200/person/night. 🔹 Cigarettes and vapes are allowed only outside, a few feet away from windows/doors. Cigarette butts must be properly disposed of—any found on the property will result in a $300 cleaning fee. 🔹 Noise Policy – No loud bass music. A noise monitor is installed (tracks sound levels but does not record conversations). Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. 🔹 Parking – Maximum of 4 cars allowed on the property. No additional parking is permitted. Street parking is not allowed. 🔹 Security & Monitoring – Exterior security cameras are in place at the front door and garage for security purposes and to monitor guest headcount. 🔹 Emergency Contacts – You must provide two additional contact numbers and one email for emergencies after confirm your booking. 🚨 Failure to follow these rules may result in penalties, immediate cancellation, or eviction without a refund.
