The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen featuring a cozy electric fireplace, creating a warm atmosphere for morning coffee at the 3-seat breakfast bar or the 4-seat breakfast nook. For larger meals, the dedicated dining area comfortably sits 6. SLEEPING QUARTERS: The main bedroom offers a King bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, while the third room is perfect for kids or friends with two Twin beds. For extra guests, there is a pull-out couch in the living room. AMENITIES AND ENTERTAINMENT: Our spacious Florida Room is the ultimate hangout spot, complete with a ping-pong and foosball table. Outside, you will find a large, fully fenced backyard for total privacy. For your convenience, the home includes a full-size washer and dryer, as well as a second guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Whether you are here for a weekend or a long stay, Sunny Lane is your perfect, colorful home away from home. Guest access 🚪 Easy Access: Enjoy the convenience of keyless entry, so no need to worry about meeting to pick up keys! You’ll have full run of the house, though one small owner’s closet will remain locked for storage. 🚗 Parking: Please pull right into the driveway. To keep the neighborhood looking great and our neighbors happy, please avoid parking on the grass and blocking driveways or mailboxes. 🕒 Timing: We love to keep things sparkling clean for every guest! Because our cleaning crew works on a tight schedule, we generally cannot offer early arrivals or late departures.
