The space You’ll have the entire home to yourself • 3 comfortable bedrooms • 2 full bathrooms • Sleeps up to 8 guests • Bright and cozy living area • Fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals • Private yard and parking • Garage access for added convenience Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, yard, garage (upon request), and driveway. The property offers self check-in, allowing guests to arrive at their convenience. Other things to note The home is located downtown with direct access to the NB Walking Trail and snowmobile trail, which may result in occasional outdoor activity or noise, depending on the season. This home is located in a central downtown area, so there may be some daytime activity nearby. A mechanic garage is located across the street in front but Evenings are generally quiet and peaceful. Neighbours are VERY close by but are quiet and respectful, so guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum at all times, especially during quiet hours. Outdoor security cameras are in use and record video and sound 24/7, monitoring the front driveway entrance, rear driveway near the garage, and the doorbell area for safety and security purposes. In the event of an early departure or shortened stay, refunds are not typically provided. If the canceled nights can be rebooked, I may be able to offer a full or partial refund.
