This new listing is in the perfect location steps away from the beach and situated between Cinnamon Shore North & South. -Please note: This is a new subdivision and there is ongoing construction in the area. 🌞 Ocean View! 🌞 5-7 minute walk to the private, golf cart friendly boardwalk 🌞Large, community pool 3 houses down (pool is not heated) 🌞Brand NEW House The space 🌞Two King Bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, Full over Full Bunk Room & 2 Twin over Twins in 4th Bedroom 🌞Three full bathrooms in the house and a half bath downstairs 🌞Golf cart accessible boardwalk: 3 minute walk or 1 minute drive from the house 🌞Fully stocked kitchen 🌞BBQ Grill Dogs Welcome! $75 fee per dog up to 45 pounds Pool Information: The HOA does have the pool serviced twice a week on Tuesday and Friday. We do our best to keep sand out of the pool but because we are right next to the dunes, you inevitably will see some sand at the bottom of the pool. We require that the guest booking the house signs a rental agreement and we do require a security deposit hold on a cc that is released after your trip as long as there are no incidentals or damages (much like a hotel does). We provide a few rolls of TP and toilet paper and a few trash bags to get you started but you will want to bring more if you will be staying for more than a few days. We also provide dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and plenty of hand soap and dish soap. Coffee: We have a dual drip and keurig coffee maker. Towels: We do provide towels for the house but we ask that they stay at the house. Please bring your own beach and pool towels. We do have a washer/dryer onsite if you need to do laundry. Parking: There is parking for three to four cars depending on the size. The HOA does not allow street parking so if you have additional vehicles, you can park them in the lot to the right as you enter the subdivision at your own risk. We do not own this lot but it is only being used by construction crews at this point. Security Camera: There is a security camera at the front entrance and on the parking area (not by the pool!) for your protection. Please do not tamper with the camera hub. Trash: Please take all trash to the dumpster. Bugs: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately, because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat. If you would like to rent a golf cart, we have a partnership with Port A Carts. They will deliver and pick up for free! Guest access You will be sent a 4 digit code prior to check in for the keypad.
