Extended Stays Reservations of 28+ days are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 days require a separate agreement. Security deposit, mid stay cleaning fee and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay. Airbnb Strict 60-Day Cancellation Policy Cancel 61+ days before check-in: 50% refund of the nightly rate + full cleaning fee (Airbnb service fee is non-refundable).
