Cottage by the water in Sigtuna

Welcome to rent our cottage that suits 2 adults and possible 1-2 children. The cottage has a large terrace with fantastic lake view and terrific sunsets. It´s located within 20 minutes walking distance from the city centre of Sigtuna.Small beach and boat dock to use within 70 meters from the cottage. Your own private bathroom with shower is not located in the cottage. it is 10 steps away in the basement of our main house. You have your own door and come and go as you like. The space Thhe 24 square meters offers a sleeping area with a comfortable king size bed, TV and stereo (to play cd´s and to connect with Iphone) and a kitchen/dining area. The kitchen area is equipped with wood stove, electric stove, refrigerator, micro and coffeemaker. Private bathroom is located close by in the basement of the main house. There is no water facet and sink in the cottage, but you have your own kitchen sink to use right outside the bathroom in the main building. The cottage is heated by the old style wood stove, mostly not needed during the summer months but it can be cozy to start a fire during the evenings. There is out door furniture and a barbeque grill. Guest access Guests have access to their own cottage of 24 m2 a terrace in the best sun location of 24m2. On the patio there is furniture, sun loungers and barbecues. The guest brings their own charcoal and lighter fluid. Own private bathroom with toilet and shower is not available in the cabin but in the basement of the main building. There you go outside 10 meters. Sauna for SEK 200 extra per 1.5 hours. Other things to note The kitchen is simple so plan for simple cooking. Guests staying only one night is required to not cook large meals as the cleaning give us lots of work No frying in oil or frying meat, unions or bacon inside for 1 night stayers please. 2 kajaker finns att hyra.
